From hand-plucked leaf to the tin — chosen with a discerning palate.

Our Story

We spent our careers in advertising, watching the way India drinks tea — dominated by mass-market brands, and a certain sameness. The finest teas, the ones that command the highest prices at auction, rarely make it to the Indian table at all.

"We've attached our own faces to the brand — a statement of how certain we are of what's inside the tin."

Old Men Blends exists for a person who has already learned to appreciate a good whisky, a single-origin coffee, a well-kept wine — and who deserves the same in tea. Nothing based on the latest fad. Just rare leaf, chosen with a discerning palate, and blended for character.

Assam Orthodox

Circa 2026 · Second Flush

Born in the mist-kissed gardens of the world's largest tea region. Hand-picked leaves unfurl into a bold, malty liquor — rich amber, full-bodied, unapologetically alive.

MaltAmberFull-BodiedBrisk Finish

Choose this if: you take your tea with milk, need a proper wake-up cup, and enjoy a robust, brisk finish.

The Darjeeling

Circa 2026 · Second Flush

Where clouds graze the hillside and time slows down. Delicate. Floral. Hauntingly Himalayan. A cup so refined, it whispers rather than shouts. Some teas wake you up — this one makes you feel alive.

MuscatelFloralDelicateRefined

Choose this if: you prefer subtlety over strength, enjoy your tea black, and appreciate nuance.

Best of Both Worlds

Mountain Valley

Circa 2026 · Second Flush

Two legendary souls. One extraordinary cup. The bold, malty strength of the valley meets the floral, muscatel whisper of the sprightly highlands. A tea of contrasts. A sip of balance.

MuscatelMaltBalancedLayered

Choose this if: you want a reliable daily cup that's bold but never one-note — lovely black or with milk.

The Blends

Vacuum-sealed in airtight tin caddies to hold the season at its peak. 100g · roughly forty cups.

Kind words

★★★★★
Finally, a tea that belongs beside the good whisky and the single-origin coffee. I made the right choice the moment I opened the tin.

★★★★★
The Assam is exactly as promised — bold, malty, unapologetic. My mornings are quietly better for it.
R. Kapoor · New Delhi
★★★★★
The Darjeeling whispers. I've served it to guests who don't usually notice tea — every one of them asked what it was.
S. Iyer · Mumbai
★★★★★
The tin alone is worth it — but the Mountain Valley is what I keep reaching for. Balanced, dependable, quietly excellent.
N. Rao · Hyderabad
★★★★★
Gifted a set to my father, a lifelong tea drinker. He called to say it was the best he'd had in years. That says everything.
P. Sharma · Pune
★★★★★
You can taste the care. This is how tea is meant to be — unhurried, honest, and genuinely rare.
